SPACEX IPO RECORD 🏦
BREAKING: Elon Musk's SpaceX prices shares at $135, raising $75 billion in largest-ever IPO

SpaceX just pulled off the biggest IPO in history.
And crypto found a way to wedge itself into the story.
The numbers were just straight up crazy…
Shares priced at $135, $75B raised, and a fully diluted valuation around $1.8T.
That makes it the largest IPO ever, blowing past Saudi Aramco's old record like it wasn't there.
For most regular investors, a deal like this is usually just something to watch from the outside.
The best allocations go to the biggest funds, the best clients, and whoever's already sitting closest to Wall Street.
But this time, crypto platforms are trying to turn SpaceX into something else…
A live test for tokenized market access.
Backpack and Sunrise are launching SPCX on Solana, a token backed one-to-one by real SpaceX shares.
Eligible holders can redeem it straight back into the underlying stock through a regulated brokerage. It trades 24/7, weekends included.

Kraken's parent Payward is doing its own version through xStocks, also backed by real shares, and already live in more than 100 countries.
Payward's Mark Greenberg summed up the pitch in one line: "Going public should mean public to everyone."
That's the cleanest bull case for tokenized stocks.
We’re not talking about memes or another onchain casino.
We’re talking about a way for global investors to reach assets that geography and brokerage rules usually keep locked away.
Backpack CEO Armani Ferrante framed it as bigger than price exposure, the real goal being "underlying securities portable across financial systems."
Tokenization changes how you buy the stock. It doesn't change whether the stock is worth buying.
And SpaceX is hotly contested at $135.
Morningstar pegged fair value closer to $63 a share, less than half the IPO price.
Yet the synthetic SpaceX market on Hyperliquid was already trading up near $167.
So "access for everyone" cuts both ways…
It also means anyone, anywhere, can now pile into a richly-valued name around the clock, with no market close to slow them down when sentiment turns.
It's worth flagging the products aren't all equal either.
Coinbase and Binance both rolled out SpaceX-linked perpetual futures, which are pure price bets with no claim on any actual shares.
And most of this stays offshore, which tells you the US regulatory picture is still messy.
If crypto can make access to a company like SpaceX faster, broader, and more portable, then tokenized stocks stop sounding like a niche experiment.
They start looking like one of crypto's most obvious mainstream use cases. 🚀

7 Stocks to Buy Before the Robots Take Over
The next AI trade may not be another chatbot.
It may be surgical robots, automated warehouses, smart factories, and machine vision systems already reshaping how companies operate.
MarketBeat’s new 7 Stocks to Buy Before the Robotics Revolution report reveals seven companies positioned across the automation boom, from robot builders and AI chip leaders to machine vision providers and factory automation giants.
This is where AI gets a body.
And as labor shortages, wage pressure, and supply chain stress push more companies toward automation, these stocks could move before the robotics story becomes impossible to ignore.
The report normally sells for $29.97, but it is free for a limited time.

TIME IS A FLAT CIRCLE 🔄
Will Clemente just quote-tweeted himself from December 2022. The bottom of the last bear market.
Clemente is one of the most respected on-chain analysts in crypto, co-founder of Reflexivity Research, and built his reputation calling cycles with Glassnode data when he was barely out of his teens.

Will Clemente
The original tweet was titled "Bitcoin is dead" and showed 4 on-chain valuation charts.
Each one marked every moment in history the obituaries were written. 2011. 2014. 2018. 2022.
Every single time, deep value readings coincided with peak despair. Every single time, Bitcoin recovered to new highs.
That December 2022 tweet was posted with Bitcoin around $17K. Within 2 years it hit $126K.
Now, almost 4 years later, his message is simple: the obituaries are warming up again, and the valuation readings are entering deep value. Same setup. Same despair. Same charts.
"Time is a flat circle."
The names change. The headlines change. The reasons it's "different this time" change. But the pattern never does. Maximum pessimism and deep value arrive together, right before the turn.
Bitcoin has died a thousand deaths. It's outlived every obituary. 🪦

NEW HOLDERS STEPPING IN 🖐
Today we’ll be taking a look at the amount of wallets that hold at least some Bitcoin. (anything greater than 0)
This metric offers a bird’s-eye view of user activity and adoption across the Bitcoin network.
But there’s a slight catch…
One wallet does not equal one user. A user can have many wallets.
What matters here is the trend of the chart.
Increasing number of addresses: increasing adoption levels 📈
Decreasing number of addresses: indicates users are selling their entire balance or consolidating wallets 📉

58,974,202 wallets now hold Bitcoin. That's 122,574 more than two weeks ago (58,851,628).
Second straight gain - and this one counts for more. The holder base has now pushed past its pre-dip peak of 58.95 million, fully erasing that one-off contraction from a month back and printing a new all-time high.
So the dip we flagged is officially a non-event. Never the start of a trend… just a single hiccup in an otherwise relentless climb.
And the network is now banging on the door of 59 million - barely 26,000 wallets short. At this pace, that line falls next period.
New holders keep showing up, no matter what price is doing. 🔥

What does dollar-cost averaging mean for a crypto investor?
MEME CORNER 😂
Because what would the crypto world be without its share of memes?

Trivia Answer: Buying a fixed amount at regular intervals instead of trying to perfectly time the market. 🥳
Dollar-cost averaging spreads purchases across time. It won't guarantee profit, but it can reduce the pressure of guessing the perfect entry price in a volatile market.
